“Together, we can uncover your strengths and work to build the you and the relationship that you have always dreamt of.”
Is your relationship not living up to its fullest potential? Are you having trouble connecting with your partner? You aren’t failing. A relationship isn’t a failure because two people are having trouble connecting, two people are just simply having a difficult time understanding one another. The truth is that we won’t always understand each other, as we each have our own distinct personalities, wants, needs, and desires. Let me help you.
I work primarily with adolescents and adults who are experiencing relationship issues, emotional disturbance, and family conflict. Relationships are challenging and often require a lot of effort and communication from all parties involved. I use a variety of therapy models, including Gottman Couple’s Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy so I can tailor to each individual’s specific needs. It is my goal to walk with you so that you can come to better understand each other’s wants, needs, and desires. I will provide you a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment where you can work alongside me in your therapeutic journey. Together, we can uncover your strengths and work to build the you and the relationship that you have always dreamt of.
