I believe healing often begins through feeling seen, supported, and having a space where you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you are facing relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, trauma, or life transitions, therapy can offer a place to feel heard and move toward healing and greater connection.
As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern currently pursuing my master’s degree at Liberty University, I work with individuals, couples, families, teens, and young adults through a variety of personal and relational challenges. I am passionate about supporting individuals in their healing and personal growth while also helping couples and families build stronger connection, healthier communication, and greater understanding with one another.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed approaches while tailoring therapy to your unique experiences and goals. I am passionate about helping clients feel valued and empowered as they move toward healing, stronger relationships, and meaningful growth.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationships, or your family, I would be honored to walk alongside you in this season. If you’d like to chat to see if we’d be a good fit, please feel free to book your appointment online or call us at 919-551-7222 to speak over the phone and discuss your goals for therapy!
