Teen Connection & Support Group
Build Skills, Find Support, and Feel More Connected
My-Therapist is offering a therapy processing and support group designed to give teens a safe, grounded space to connect, be heard, and talk openly with peers who truly understand their world. Together, members build a stronger support network, explore the challenges of school, friendships, and daily life, and continue developing the skills, confidence, and self‑awareness they’re growing in therapy.
Each client needs 30 min intake prior to attending first group with the group facilitator, Catherine O’Reilly, LCSWA
Who this is for: Open to teens under18yrs. This group will be limited to 6-8 teens.
This group is designed for teens who would benefit from:
Peer connection and encouragement
Improved emotional awareness
Healthier coping and regulation skills
Practice expressing thoughts, feelings, and needs
Greater confidence navigating friendships and family relationships
A safe place to process challenges with the guidance of a therapist
Cost: $50 per weekly group session or $375 for 8 sessions, if paid in advance.
When: This group will run weekly beginning Thursday, September 10th at 4:00pm

Required Group Intake
Each teen will complete a 30-minute individual intake with Catherine before attending their first group. This provides an opportunity to learn more about the teen, discuss the family’s goals, answer questions, and make sure the group is an appropriate fit.
The private-pay cost of the intake is $75. Aetna may be used for the intake appointment for clients with eligible benefits. Group sessions are private pay and are not billed to insurance.
