Carole Cullen, LMFT

I want to help you build a healthy, intimate and desire-filled relationship that you never believed possible.

I’m Carole Cullen, a relationship expert and founder of My Therapist, Inc. I started My Therapist because I am committed to helping couples learn how to build healthy relationships and create lasting love. My couples work focuses on using research-based interventions and a deep compassion for couples and families to create greater love in relationships. I believe in deeply understanding clients and their relationship so I can help them reach their goals. In my practice, I work with couples in crisis through traditional couples therapy and couples intensives.

I’m passionate about creating and teaching practical tools to couples that struggle with intimacy and connection, and love any opportunity to present in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts. I am a co-presenter of The Art & Science of Love couples workshop in Asheville and Raleigh, NC. Being able to change the trajectory of a couple’s relationship in just one weekend has been incredibly rewarding.

When I’m not working with couples, I love to spend time with my family watching my son play hockey and my daughter ride horses or just hanging out and watching our favorite TV shows on NETFLIX.

If you’d like to schedule a consultation with me, please request an appointment or email me for more information. I look forward to hearing from you.
