Catherine O’reilly, LCSWA

Hi, I’m Catherine. I’m a Clinical Social Work Associate passionate about helping people deepen their self-understanding, strengthen their relationships, and feel more confident in who they are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship stress, I offer a supportive, collaborative space to explore what’s keeping you stuck—and move toward a more grounded, empowered version of yourself.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experience with change. When I returned to graduate school, it stirred questions about identity, purpose, and what I wanted my future to look like. Leaning into my support system and relationships helped me find clarity and resilience. That experience deepened my belief in the power of connection—and inspired my commitment to helping others navigate life’s transitions with confidence and care.

My work centers around identity, connection, and emotional well-being. I work with high school students and adults exploring who they are, what they value, and how to show up more authentically in their lives. I also support couples feeling disconnected, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or wanting to deepen intimacy and communication.

In our work together, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and empowerment-based approaches with a focus on coping skills, self-esteem, and confidence-building.

My goal is to help you feel more at home in yourself—and more connected to the people around you. I believe meaningful change starts with curiosity, courage, and the right kind of support.

If you’re ready to explore what you need to feel more fulfilled in your relationships, I look forward to supporting you. You can book your first appointment online or call our office at 919-551-7222.
