All the planning, gathering, traveling, buying and before you know it, the holidays have passed and it's all a blur! During this 1 hour session I will review 6 mindfulness tips that will help with keeping you present and tap into the healthy and happy of the season. A free activity will be provided that can be used for all holidays celebrated.
