Join us for this FREE ONLINE workshop that focuses on managing family stress around the holidays. This workshop is hosted by My Therapist, Inc., a private practice in North Carolina specializing in helping couples create lasting love. 

The Holidays- the most wonderful time of the year! Or is it? For most people, family gatherings around the Holiday season are rarely stress-free. In this 50 minute workshop, we will explore a number of useful recommendations for navigating the stress ridden and potentially conflictual Holiday season.
