Join us for this FREE ONLINE workshop that focuses on Mindfulness Tips to Bring More Peace to the Holiday Season. This workshop is hosted by My Therapist, Inc., a private practice in North Carolina specializing in helping couples create lasting love.
As soon as the pumpkin spice comes out, it seems like the calendar starts to fill up! All the planning, gathering, traveling, buying and before you know it, the holidays have passed and it's all a blur! During this 1 hour session I will review 6 mindfulness tips that will help with keeping you present and tap into the healthy and happy of the season. A free activity will be provided that can be used for all holidays celebrated.
