I am passionate about helping individuals, and couples experience meaningful and authentic connections. Feeling emotionally disconnected from our partner, especially when the challenges are sexual in nature, can become increasingly difficult over time. By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, I help individuals, and couples feel comfortable discussing and overcoming difficult challenges in relationships and gaining the insight needed to create new, constructive communication patterns. As you feel seen, heard, and valued by your partner, you will experience more connection, passion, and pleasure in your relationships and life.
My style of therapy is active and engaging. In sessions, we will plant and nourish seeds that you will cultivate between sessions by applying insights gained and knowledge acquired through our therapeutic process. I am sex-positive and affirming of all sexual orientations, identities, and relationship configurations. My philosophy is born out of the belief that we are whole beings, and therapy is most helpful when attention is given to every aspect of life. Intimacy is a core component of our identity as human beings. Intimacy includes more than sexual behavior; it encompasses our emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual relationships, gender identity, arousal preferences, and beliefs.
Integrating Narrative Therapy, Gottman Method, IFS, and EFT with intuitive guidance. My clients say that my calm, open presence fosters an environment of trust, safety, and comfort for them, allowing them to address issues that are sometimes very difficult to discuss. This acceptance provides you with the opportunity to heal and develop a greater degree of peace and fulfillment in life and relationships. I believe a relationship is like an intimate dance in which mutual partnership depends on communication, curiosity, and vulnerability. If you feel stuck in your (life) dance or perhaps are apprehensive about risking new moves and want to learn more, please reach out for a quick and free! 15-minute consultation where we can discuss your goals and get to know each other better.
When I’m not in session I love to spend my time walking with my fur-baby, drinking lattes, reading fiction, and working out at the gym. I am an avid traveler and am always dreaming of my next vacation!
