As humans, we are on a journey that is filled with ups, downs, and experiences that continue to paint our masterpiece called life. Whether you are experiencing a personal hardship or trying to support a loved one who is, you are courageous to have searched for a path of change.  Thank you for your bravery, the effort it takes to reach out does not go unnoticed here.

Together we can work through difficult feelings you are facing and move through hardships that may be intruding on your peace and happiness.  For those that feel hopeless in your life’s purpose or marriage, I want to encourage healing and reconnection for you and your partner’s greater fulfillment.  

For me, creating a trustworthy and accepting therapeutic relationship is the priority and first step. This is the basis for a successful partnership, and I want to create the opportunity for true authenticity without judgement.  I use a gentle, empathetic, and creative solutions approach to collaboratively address struggles you might be experiencing either individually or within a relationship. I draw from elements of the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Expressive Arts Therapy to navigate and collectively work towards the life you are yearning for.  

I am proud of you for taking this step, and I would be honored to be a place of safety during this chapter of your story.
