Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?

Brianna McCLoud, InterN

As we journey through this experience of life it comes with many questions, choices and paths. That creates this uniquely beautiful picture of one's life. Whether you are at the peak of your greatest mountain or the lowest of your personal valleys we all need guidance to create the change we seek. Thank you for asking yourself the hard questions and striving to choose better.

Together we would continue to work through the challenges of your experience to create the path to a life of joy and peace you desire. Our life is a sum of unique choices and some of these choices can leave us feeling unfulfilled and hopeless. Let this be your sign that it doesn’t have to stay that way. You can create the life you desire. Whether that is working on your marriage, friendships or the relationship you have with yourself. You are worthy of reconnection and wholeness.

I would love to create a feeling of trust, connectivity and emotional safety as we walk through the journey of healing. Developing this successful partnership in your healing is my main priority as you journey to your most authentic self. I use an empathetic and creative solutions approach to collaboratively address struggles you might be experiencing either individually or within a relationship. I draw from elements of the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solutions Focused Theory to navigate and collectively work towards self-growth and healing.

You are so brave and powerful beyond measure for choosing this next step in your journey and I would be honored to become your therapist.

If you’d like to chat to see if we’d be a good fit, please feel free to book your appointment online or call us at 919-551-7222  to speak over the phone and discuss your goals for therapy!
