Life is confusing and overwhelming at times, for all of us. I am passionate about guiding anyone brave enough to ask for help toward hope, peace, and joy. This is achieved in a supportive space where you can be heard, process emotions, and problem-solve.
Alongside a genuine human connection, I utilize resources from cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, among others, while being trauma-informed as well. Particular areas of focus include individuals and couples experiencing relationship issues, seeking healing through the process of separation, divorce, or abusive partner dynamics, anxiety, grief and loss, and spiritual issues. Incorporation of Christian and Jewish faith-based counseling is available, if requested.
Together we will walk toward wholeness for you, even in the midst of life’s inevitable changes and challenges. I would be honored to be part of your journey.
If you’d like to chat to see if we’d be a good fit, please feel free to book your appointment online or call us at 919-551-7222 to speak over the phone and discuss your goals for therapy!
