Improve Communication, Deepen Connection, Stop Negative Patterns, and Rekindle Love & Affection.
Would you like to create a more loving and secure connection? Do you want to heal from past hurts and move forward? Are you feeling stuck in a rut, unable to communicate, lost in repetitive conflicts that leave you isolated and alone?
This couples education program will help you breakthrough and look at your issues in a new way, by understanding the science of relationships, and give you the tools to change negative patterns, improve communication, repair past hurts, and renew intimacy and passion.
This Hold Me Tight Couples Education Program is based on the most successful model of couples therapy available today – Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – time tested and researched for over 25 years. We get to the heart of the matter – down to the core emotions and behaviors that are needed to create a loving relationship, and the things that often go wrong that drive conflict and block closeness. We help you understand your partner… and yourself, and why you do the things you do. And we show you how to change negative patterns and make things better – right away.
This psycho- educational program helps couples understand each other better, deal with feelings together, reach towards each other, and be responsive in more loving and positive ways.
Here’s what you will learn:
What all relationships need to be healthy, happy and successful
How to find forgiveness, overcome past hurts and move forward
How to understand what drives conflict – and how to change it
How to work with emotional triggers and stay connected
How to communicate effectively and feel deeply heard
How to rebuild broken trust, safety and security
How to create and nurture emotional intimacy
How to rekindle love and reignite passion
The evidence based approach used appreciates and understands the perspectives of both men and women, and is effective with married and unmarried couples, couples of different cultural backgrounds, and couples with different sexual orientations.. From newlyweds just starting out, to couples who just need to get out of a rut, to couples on the brink of divorce – we can help you see things differently and move forward.
We can help you get unstuck from those negative cycles, communicate in a way that promotes closeness and understanding, and end feelings of loneliness and resentment. We can help you to rediscover intimacy and connection, develop a partnership that resolves conflict, and find your way back to each other emotionally and physically.
In our Couples Education Program, You Can Rediscover Love –
A love that lasts and grows
A love that provides respect and security
A love that meets both partners’ needs
A love that’s better than ever before.
All couples are welcome regardless of marital status, age, faith, race, or sexual orientation.
Limited participation available due to the intimate nature of the education program.
This is an opportunity to learn about yourself and your partner and experience many conversations that can bring you more acceptance and closeness in your relationship.
