The challenges of relationships and life circumstances can leave us all feeling frustrated and helpless. Reaching out for support can be one of the bravest steps to take. It is my goal to help others live congruent lives, that is to have the inside match the outside. Many people were never taught how to access their emotions and process them in a healthy way. I hope to be a safe place for people to navigate themselves as well as how to interact with those closest to them.
When I am not seeing clients, you will find me chauffeuring 3 little ones around, trying to get a work-out in, and cooking up something interesting in the kitchen!
To provide a safe environment, I aim to help clients determine what their core values are and how to live a life that aligns with those values. Let’s work together to find connection, hope, and healing through whatever transitions life throws.
