NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

Any relationship challenge or personal obstacle can be overcome with great effort, strength, desire, and guidance.

You should never feel ashamed for seeking therapy. Life can throw curveballs that may require assistance navigating such as finances, career change, fear, loss and grief, family adjustments, concerns with intimacy, communication, parenting and much more. My role is to ensure your comfort in therapy through listening, support, and collaboration as we embark on a journey of recovery and healing.

Who I work with:

  • Relationships struggling with infertility

  • Couples/Plural Relationships/Binary and Non binary

  • Individuals

I work primarily with couples and individuals who encounter concerns with communication, emotional distress and difficulties with relationship trauma, connection, and growth. Let us work together in mending your relationships and growing towards healing.

Navigating pregnancy and infertility can be a delicate and unexpected road. With 2 miscarriages and 1 stillbirth, I am no stranger to the plethora of emotions that arise during this journey. My goal is to assist you and your relationship in having those difficult conversations about how this journey has impacted you and your relationship, your finances, your sexual health and being, grief and loss, communication, sexual stress, bodily changes, friends and family, and so much more. You no longer have to do it alone.

We are all different and our perspectives are important and valid. By using an evidenced based approach with Gottman Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we will uncover an integrative approach in which you feel comfortable to address any undesired behavior, thought patterns, and actions that may be hindering progression through life and relationships. In therapy, we will make an individualized growth plan to tackle your concerns through mediation and reconciliation.

Inclusivity:

Families and relationships often look different, but they are all equally as valuable. I am committed to providing quality services and a safe therapeutic environment to all persons, no matter what form they take.  Families that embrace diversity strengthen us through love that crosses the boundaries of all differences. I am dedicated to promoting an environment of respect and appreciation for the race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex, national origin, age, ancestry, physical/mental ability, status as a veteran, sexual orientation, marital status, parental status, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information, and socioeconomic status of all persons. I am committed to creating and maintaining an atmosphere of openness, trust, and safety where all attitudes, beliefs, values, and behaviors can be freely explored and discussed.

I hold a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Baker College and a Masters of Art in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University. I am working as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate working under the direct supervision of Carole Cullen, LMFT, AAMFT approved supervisor.
