Love doesn’t disappear overnight.

What fades is the space to pause, reflect, and turn toward one another. Between work, parenting, stress, and the constant pull of life, couples often lose the rhythm of connection. Conversations become transactional. Conflict feels familiar. Distance grows quietly.

The Work of Us™ Membership is a therapist-led couples enrichment experience designed to restore that rhythm—so your relationship becomes a place of safety, partnership, and renewal again.

This is not crisis therapy.

This is intentional relationship care.

The Work of Us™

A Membership for Couples who are ready to stop cycling through the same conflicts and start building something more intentional, connected, and resilient - together.

✨ Sneak Peek Inside The Work of Us™ ✨

A Glimpse Into What’s Possible

The Work of Us™ is more than couples therapy — it’s a guided relationship growth experience you don’t want to miss. Here’s a glimpse of what’s waiting inside our growing community.

Are you a local expert or experience-based business? Let’s create something meaningful together.

Learn more about partnering with The Work of Us™.

Meet Carole Cullen, LMFT

Carole Cullen, LMFT, is the founder of My-Therapist, Inc. and co-creator of The Work of Us™. With over 20 years of experience, she is known for helping couples feel seen, understood, and reconnected—often for the first time in years.

Certified in both Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, Carole blends clinical depth with warmth and clarity. She helps partners move beneath surface conflict, repair in moments that matter, and build relationships that feel steady, alive, and mutual.

As facilitator of the Monthly Couples Group within The Work of Us™, Carole leads with steadiness and clarity, creating a space where couples can slow down, be real, and learn how to stay connected through hard moments.

Meet Katharine Augustine, LMFT

Katharine Augustine, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and co-creator of The Work of Us™. With over a decade of experience, Katharine brings a steady, compassionate presence to couples navigating change, stress, and disconnection.

She integrates evidence-based approaches, including the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), with trauma-informed care to help couples break stuck patterns, build emotional safety, and reconnect with clarity and confidence.

As a co-creator of The Work of Us™, Katharine will be one of the primary licensed therapists guiding members through couples therapy experiences—offering practical tools, thoughtful insight, and steady support as you deepen connection and strengthen your partnership.

The Work of Us™ is for couples who believe their relationship is worth tending - now, not later.

The Work of Us™ is for couples who love each other but feel stuck — navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, moving through life transitions, or simply wanting to feel close again instead of just functional.

Not appropriate for couples in active crisis, ongoing domestic violence, untreated addiction, or situations where one partner is unwilling to participate in the work.
