Hi, I’m Catherine. I’m a Clinical Social Work Associate passionate about helping people strengthen their relationships, deepen their self-understanding, and feel more confident in who they are. I work with high school students, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship stress, and life transitions.
My own experiences with change—including returning to graduate school and preparing for marriage—have deepened my belief in the importance of connection, support, and self-awareness. These experiences continue to shape the way I show up as a therapist.
In our work together, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and empowerment-based approaches through a somatic experiencing lens, helping clients better understand the connection between their mind and body while building coping skills, confidence, and emotional resilience. In my free time, you can find me hiking with my fiance or teaching Pilates.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded in yourself and more connected in your relationships. If you’re ready to begin that work, I look forward to supporting you.

You can book your first appointment online or call our office at 919-551-7222.
