In Network with Aetna Insurance for Individual and Family Therapy only. Couples Therapy is an out of network service.

I believe that every client enters therapy from a unique place in life, bringing their own experiences, challenges, and goals to the therapeutic process. There is no “perfect” time to begin therapy, and I firmly believe that meaningful growth and healing are possible at any stage of life. Taking the first step toward prioritizing your mental health can feel significant, and I am honored to support and guide clients throughout that journey.

I am a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over four years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I earned my bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and my master’s degree from Pfeiffer University.

I currently reside in rural North Carolina, just outside of Raleigh. As a dog lover, my dog Gatsby occasionally joins sessions when I am working remotely, so clients may occasionally see or hear him during appointments. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a wife, mother, and stepmother, experiences that have deepened my appreciation for the complexities and transitions that life can bring. I value creating a therapeutic environment that feels genuine, supportive, and human, where clients feel comfortable, understood, and validated.

My passion lies in working with adult individuals and couples as they move toward greater fulfillment, self-understanding, and emotional well-being. I strive to create a therapeutic experience that feels approachable and collaborative while helping clients work toward meaningful and lasting change. Because life can often feel unpredictable and overwhelming, my goal is to help clients navigate challenges with confidence while developing healthy coping skills and tools they can continue using independently.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, being outdoors, reading, crafting, and exploring local coffee and tea shops. I also enjoy relaxing evenings watching my favorite shows after my son goes to bed.

I look forward to the opportunity to work together and support you in your therapeutic journey. You can book your first appointment online or call our office at 919-551-7222.
