Carole Cullen, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Gottman Couples Therapist, and Certified EFT Therapist with over 20 years of experience. As the owner of My-Therapist, Inc., Carole specializes in helping couples build stronger, more resilient relationships through evidence-based practices. She is an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, a presenter for The Art & Science of Love workshops, and a sought-after speaker. Carole integrates Gottman Couples Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy with neuroscience to foster deep emotional connections and lasting change.
Tabitha Westbrook, LMFT
Tabitha Westbrook, LMFT-S, LCMHC-QS, LPC-S, is a licensed counselor supervisor, EMDRIA Certified Therapist & Approved Consultant, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), & Certified Christian Trauma Professional (CCTCP). Her friends just call her "Alphabet Soup." She's the Founder & CEO of The Journey and The Process, a counseling clinic with offices in TX & NC. Tabitha & her team specialize in complex trauma, with a focus on domestic abuse & coercive control. They also work with couples who have experienced the hardest of hard things, including addiction & infidelity. Tabitha is a nationally known expert & speaker on abuse, providing training to churches, therapists, & agencies. Tabitha also is the author of Body & Soul, Healed & Whole: An Invitational Guide to Healthy Sexuality After Abuse.
