Greetings!

Thank you for stopping by. It takes a lot of courage for you to be here. Whether you are ready for therapy work to process difficult life decisions or ongoing issues, I would like to invite you to come sit with me.

I believe everyone has internal heart issues that go unresolved. You may be feeling unheard, unloved, unseen, and unknown. It could be that your needs are not met. Or maybe your wants have not been met. How can you best communicate your wants and needs to the people around you? Let me help you!

My approach. I offer biblical counseling to individuals and couples with a mixture of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotions Focused Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Bowenian Family and Couples Theory. With this biblical and clinical approach, my hope is to counsel and help you move to personal wholeness, interpersonal competence, mental stability, and spiritual maturity.

My passion is to teach practical tools and skills for individuals and couples to use in therapy sessions and outside of therapy sessions. I believe the work that we do in session will flow outwardly so that you can move towards healing. I have experience working with individuals on anxiety, depression, burnout, and spiritual formation; with couples on marital enrichment (ie: communication).

Outside of counseling, I enjoy being with friends and family, trying out new Asian restaurants or boba, doing embroidery, and watching TV shows.

If you’d like to chat to see if we’d be a good fit, please feel free to book a free15-minute consultation to speak over the phone and discuss your goals for therapy!
