I strongly believe in providing a space where you can work alongside me as a collaborator in your own therapeutic journey. I use Solution-Focused Therapy, a model that fosters hope and a belief of change through identifying solutions to issues. I want to work with you to enhance your intimate relationship, meeting the needs of yourself and your partner.
I work with individuals and couples on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance abuse and trauma. Ultimately, I have a strong desire to improve the quality of family life through creating and maintaining greater love and health in relationships.
I am a Graduate Student Intern of Marriage and Family Therapy under the direct supervision of Carole Cullen, LMFT. I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and am currently working towards completing my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am also a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
