I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with a deep passion for helping couples, families, and individuals navigate the complexities of life. Whether working through relationship challenges, parenting struggles, or personal growth, I am dedicated to creating a supportive and compassionate space for my clients to heal and thrive.

My therapeutic approach is centered on collaboration and empowerment. I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to tailor each session to the unique needs of the client. I believe in the power of open communication, empathy, and understanding to foster positive change in relationships and personal well-being.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals of all ages, offering support for everything from behavioral concerns and impulse control to family dynamics and communication issues. My goal is to help clients strengthen their relationships, manage life’s transitions, and develop the tools they need to live fulfilling lives.

I am passionate about working with diverse populations and take pride in helping people from all walks of life overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals. Whether in individual therapy, couples counseling, or family therapy, I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where everyone feels heard and supported.
